I have not seen that many options for long sleeved swimsuits for little girls, but this one from OneStepAhead is great! It has a front zip for easy dressing, and snaps between the legs for quick diaper changes.
The matching swimshoes (also OneStepAhead) give good traction and fit my little girl's feet perfectly with their adjustable velcro straps.
